I don't see anything particularly magical listed on the packaging nor on the website. I'm sorry.
What is the texture like?
I can only describe the texture as a thick, micellar water-feeling concoction. It leaves behind a very thin oily film but I like to use a cleanser to follow this up so it's not much of an issue for me.
Is it scented?
This has a slightly perfume-y floral note to it.
My overall experience/comments on the product:
I have had this several times as a gift-with-purchase and really enjoy it. It takes everything off fairly easily without pulling or tugging at the eye (or lip) area and takes off really stubborn long-wear makeup. I'm really happy with it.
